Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

This is one of those meals that Ryan gets all of the credit for. I came up with the idea and then asked him to execute. As always, he did, and we greatly enjoyed these burgers. I really love turkey burgers, ours always turn out so moist and flavorful!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
2-3 oz. blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup hot sauce
Chopped red onion
Fresh minced garlic
Dried parsley flakes (would've used fresh but didn't have any)
Pinch of coarse salt

Ryan mixed all of the ingredients in a bowl and then formed the mixture into 4 patties. He then grilled them, but said they didn't stay together as well as most burgers.

We ate these with sweet potato fries (made in our grill basket) and peas. Our sides and burger accompaniments were limited as this was a "day before grocery shopping" meal. The burgers would've been even better with sliced tomato and spinach. Next time...
