1. While on vacation in Texas, I started and finished Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn in one day. I couldn't put Gone Girl down and Sharp Objects proved to be the same way. It's another addicting and suspenseful story that really makes you wonder what the author is like in real life. Still, I love a book I can't put down!

2. Reader Brianne recently made my Banana Mascarpone Muffins and had rave reviews for them. If you find yourself with extra mascarpone (maybe from tiramisu?), these are a must make!



3. Has anyone seen these MLB tank tops at their local Target? I was on Target's website looking for something else and came across these. I need one of these...preferably by tomorrow since I'm heading to the Cards game!! (And I'm thinking this is one unnecessary Target purchase that Ryan might approve of!)


4. We spend too much time wishing moments away. I'm making a concerted effort to be at peace with the present!
