1. Beat cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, add lemon curd, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Fold in whipped cream.
2 Mix in 2 1/2 cups berries into the lemon mixture. Divide mixture among six (8-10 oz) glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes and up to one day. Sprinkle with remaining berries just before serving.
