Golden Grahams S'mores Bars

I have fond memories of these bars, as I believe it's one of my first feats in the kitchen. I've come a long way in my baking and cooking (and have a long way to go!), but I specifically remembering making these in middle and high school during a major golden grahams obsession. I love anything s'mores flavored (like these brownies, s'mores poptarts, etc.), and these bars are one of the best adaptations of them! They're a snap to make (they had to be, for my fourteen-year old self!) and a definite crowd-pleaser. Once made, they can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. I also prefer to eat them nice and cold from the fridge!
