Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Because I still had the buffalo chicken ingredients after making these, I decided to reuse the ingredients and turn them into a wrap. These were an easy dinner to throw together one night after work and they further confirmed my new love for buffalo chicken flavored foods! As you can see, I had a hard time getting a picture of the dish in wrap form, but just imagine the above picture rolled up and devoured!

Buffalo Chicken Wraps
*makes 4 wraps

Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
-2 celery stalks, sliced thinly
-4 tortillas or sandwich wraps
-1 cup fresh spinach, divided
-blue cheese crumbles
-1/2-3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Directions:
1. Place sliced chicken pieces in a large skillet. Pour buffalo wing sauce over the chicken and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Once chicken is cooked through, top each sandwich wrap with chicken, sliced celery, spinach, and blue cheese. Add additional buffalo sauce if you're really brave! Wrap up and dig in!
