Grilled Pizza Extravaganza

I've talked about grilled pizza before, in the very early stages of this blog. Pizza on the grill remains my very favorite way to make it. It's fast, relatively easy, and we get to feel all professional using our pizza stone :) Recently my mom was in town and requested grilled pizza for dinner. We had a group of six over for the meal and had no problem devouring all but a few slices of these four pizza pies. 

Our pizzas were topped with a variety of things, so as to please everyone. Up above we have the following:

1 pizza margherita style, with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella

1 pizza with roasted red peppers, portabella mushrooms, red onions, and herbed goat cheese

1 pizza with spicy sausage, yellow peppers, onion, and mozzarella

1 pizza with artichoke hearts, yellow peppers, red onion, goat cheese, and feta

They were all equally good and unique, but I have a personal love for the portabella mushroom one! No recipe in this post, just want to inspire you to fire up your grill, pull out some creative toppings, and try your hand at grilled pizza!
