When you're dealing with 100+ degree temperatures for day after day after day, as we recently did, the desire to cook seems to die...alongside our grass! There's only so many nights that I can stand giant bowls of popcorn or smoothies for dinner, though, which is why I've been returning to some of my favorite no-bake meals. They don't require an oven and they come together quickly, leaving plenty of time for sitting in front of the fan!
